Step 1: Test Your Battery State

How to Use Keepower Battery Chargers 1. Ensure mains supply disconnected.
  • Disconnect mains to show battery state.
How to Use Keepower Battery Chargers 2. Connect the clamps to the battery.
  • Red to positive (+) terminal.
  • Black to negative (-) terminal.
How to Use Keepower Battery Chargers 3. Check the battery indicator.
  • The indicator will show your battery state with a consistently lit LED

Step 2: Charging your battery

How to Use Keepower Battery Chargers 1.Connect the clamps to the battery.
  • Red to positive (+)
  • Black to negative (-) terminal.
How to Use Keepower Battery Chargers 2. Connect to mains supply and switch on.
  • The mode lights will flash for 5 seconds and default the previously selected mode
How to Use Keepower Battery Chargers 3. Select charging mode.
  • Select charging mode (see page 5 of manual) and charging will start.
  • The LEDs on the battery tester will flash indicating charging phase (please read 8 & 9 of manual for more information)
  • Charging is finished when the fully Charged LED is constantly lit
How to Use Keepower Battery Chargers 4. Before disconnection.
  • Switch off mains supply.
  • Unplug the charger.
  • Remove the clamps.

Discharged LED flashing: Soft Charge phase or Desulphation or Boost mode
Low LED flashing: Bulk Charging
Medium LED flashing: Absorption
Full LED flashing: Testing
Full LED constant: Maintenance

Flashing LED lights indicate the charging stage, consistently lit LED lights indicate the battery state
